ROC Yoga In The Park is a fun, high energy experience that is open to the community all taking place in the fresh outdoor air. To make for the best yoga experience in our outdoor environment we ask that you review the following guidelines which go through some basic yoga etiquette.
Guidelines
Please come to class prepared.
Credit cards are accepted via Square. If you are paying with cash please try to bring exact change.
Please fill out the waiver on the “waiver” page of the website, and bring this to your first class. You only need to do this once.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early in case we have had to move our location. We don’t want anyone getting lost. Yoga means to yoke- we don’t want any stragglers, its time for union.
Please make sure your phones are on silent.
If you have to leave early please be mindful of other student that are staying until the end of class. You must respect your fellow yogis.
Please remove your shoes and socks.
Please bring your own mat. (Sometimes it is good to bring a second if you have one, if you are practicing at the Beach location- or bring a few towels).
Please bring hydration. It can get hot, hot, hot outside.
Notify the instructor if you have any injuries, or allergies that may become an issue.
Please carry-out any trash items you may bring in.
