Synchronized by your breath, this style of yoga is structured to raise your body’s core temperature, activate your muscles to create a high caloric burn through a dynamic series of poses. It is a 75 minute, open level class designed to meet you where you are in your personal practice and take you one step beyond…ROC it in the Park! We enjoy incorporating the use of essential oils into some of our classes. However, we believe that the type of essential oils used, really matter. For this reason, we will be using only the finest quality of therapeutic grade oils during our yoga sequences. To learn more about the essential oils used or where to purchase your own, click here
